CS 1.6: Lan tab not working

can any one help me my lan tab not working i.e not displaying any servers but slist is
also recommend me a good version of cs (torrentz)

i am running at 60fps with 479mb Ram any one plz lemme know how to run at 100 fps ,hardware requirements n so on, will be gratefull

Type "sv_lan 0" in console (widout quotes)

Garena doesnt support piracy...you should buy the game!

but..bro..i tried it bt i stil cant see any servers at LAN TAB...can help me pls?????i can only see the servers via console only..help me ASAP....PLPLSPLSPLSPLS

If you cant see server in lan tab....you will have to use slist....the meaning of slist is lan...so when you use slist...all the servers show up!

Now let me help you with your 100 fps.
Can you please type dxdiag to your "Run" on your comp and then go to the display column and paste your Graphics card properties..
Or just tell me,do you have an Nvidia Graphics card or are you usoing the regular intel Graphics carD?

Ah a fine graphics card indeed to get a clear 100fps. Sorry @ sec mods this has ntn much to do with Counter-Strike.

Anyway. Go to your desktop and right click and click on the option "Nvidia Control Panel" . Once you do that,go to the 3rd-settings and then follow this :-

Anistropic Filtering - Off
Antialiasing -Setting - Off
Tripple Buffering - Off
Vertical Sync - Force Off [VERY VERY imp. If you don't change netin else,be sure to change this]

i did as u mentioned ,turned off all the above 3 n now m getting constant 99-100fps thanks !
bt m asking is it the actual way to get 100 fps by using the above settings or i need to Get a higher Gfx card or Ram memry?

Oo Garena supports the real cs 1.6? I downloaded the cracked one in order to play lol.

It is the actual way to get 100fps. If you get a higher Gfx card you might get 100fps without these settings but why when you can do this? This is not harmfull to your computer in any way if you think it is. By the way,Glad i could help. Post here if you need any more help and i will be glad to.

Lan Tab Will Display Only If There Are Server In Your Local Area Network .
If You Want to play online then go to Internet Tab .
And About Slist Command , these are the hosts side prob that there servers aren't visible @ LAN .

OK here it goes. This will work only if u NVIDIA graphic card irrespective of any type(model number)

Go to your desktop--> Right Click ---> go To NIVIDIA CONTROL PANEL---> Go to Manage 3d settings-->Scrolldown-->Vertical Syn -Force OFF---> Then go to Adjust Image settings with Preview---> Drag that scrolling thing to Performance for Quality . Thats it


And add these in CONSOLE OF UR CS 1.6



fps_max 999
developer 1 ======> This increases ur FPS lyk hell! after this command it gives me arround 400 FPS
