Solved: IP Looking Up

Hi,
I'd like to say that I am having some really annoying problems with garena. The most recent i could not solve, and it is (obviously) about the IP looking up process during the log in. I've already tried EVERYTHING, since reinstalling the Garena and changing the OS to shutting down my firewall. Nothing worked. I searched in some posts in this forum and got aways the same answer: "reinstall Garena","change the UDP port","see if your connection is stable", and so on. So, to make it clear, i've already tested many of these solutions that solves nothing.
Please, my point is that i need a correct diagnosis of what is happening, i'm sure others are having the same problem (what can mean a Garena problem, not a user problem). I hope i can get an answer, because i'm already on nerves because of this!
